An amazing stay at an incredible apartment. The views are second to none. The decor is absolutely stunning, incredible attention to detail, and the layout offers privacy while in bedrooms, both ensuite. The location is so convenient, right by the water and lots of restaurants and parks. Definitely, the best place to stay while visiting Kelowna. Super easy check-in, and Susanne was very helpful and super-fast at replying to any questions we had. All and all, a 10.

The condo is in a central downtown location within easy walking distance to many coffee houses, restaurants and pubs. The apartment was bigger than we had expected, and we quite enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out on the water with a glass of wine in the evening. The information we received from the host was thorough and detailed, and the communication with Susanne was quick and easy. Five stars all around. I would definitely recommend and I will come back

Urban Shores is a little piece of lakeside paradise! The views are stunning from every window, and the decor is so unique and beautiful. It feels bright and open - there is plenty of space. The beds and bedding are a highlight! We especially loved the location; seriously, this spot can’t be beaten for the location. You are right downtown and can walk everywhere, but it is also on a side where we didn’t notice any late-night street noise even on the busy long weekend. Susanne, her husband and their greeter were all very professional, helpful and quick to respond. I can’t say enough good things! Thank you again.
